2019 Mazda CX-5 SKYACTIV®-G vs 2019 Mazda CX-5 SKYACTIV®-D
Earlier this year at the 2019 New York International Auto Show, Mazda finally debuted their long-awaited Mazda CX-5 diesel model. That would be the 2019 Mazda CX-5 Signature SKYACTIV®-D. This diesel model is set to come out in the late summer of 2019. However, we already have the engine specs and fuel economy ratings of this Mazda diesel SUV. Therefore, we wanted to compare the standard 2019 Mazda CX-5 SKYACTIV®-G against the upcoming 2019 Mazda CX-5 SKYACTIV®-D model.
The 2019 Mazda CX-5 diesel model is currently only available on the top-tier Signature trim level. Therefore, it seems only fair to compare it against the Signature trim of the standard SKYACTIV®-G model.
