Updated Features Coming to the 2021 Mazda CX-30 2.5 S
Earlier this month, Mazda released news on its second rendition of the Mazda CX-30 – the brand’s newest edition to the model lineup. Largely built to continue its popularity, the 2021 Mazda CX-30 will bring back many features from the previous year. But what’s new with the 2021 model? We at Kelly Mazda looked into the press release and found several new changes for the upcoming model. Check out the difference, below:
Standard Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™, Moonroof Offered at Lower Trims
The biggest parcel of news from the release is the fact that the 2021 Mazda CX-30 will have both Apple CarPlay® and Android Auto™ as standard features. The functions will be displayed on the system’s 8.8-inch large display screen, which can be navigated with a knob feature on the center console. Both functions will allow you to connect your mobile device to the vehicle for receiving important information, navigation, or entertainment along your journey. The Power Moonroof is also available at a lower trim level this year, being standard on the Preferred Package. Previously, the feature was only found on the highest trim level in 2020.

Same Features Returning to the 2021 Mazda CX-30
While the model is largely a carry-over from its debut, the 2021 Mazda CX-30 will continue providing a quality and safe drive with its continuing features. This includes the i-ACTIVSENSE suite of safety features, which provides features such as:
- Mazda Radar Cruise Control with Stop & Go Function
- Smart Brake Support
- Driver Attention Alert
- Lane Departure Warning with Lane-Keep Assist
- High Beam Control
The model will also continue to provide the i-ACTIV AWD® feature to all trims. The Premium Package, the highest trim, will also continue to receive Bose 12-Speaker Premium Audio, Adaptive Front Lighting, and other features to maintain its high quality and comfort on the road.
