Which crossover is right for me, the CX-30 or the Kona?

Beginning under the hood of the two crossovers, the 2020 Mazda CX-30 has an engine that outperforms that of the 2020 Hyundai Kona. The CX-30 features a 2.5-liter I4 engine that produces 186 horsepower and 186 lb-ft of torque. The Kona has a 2.0-liter I4 engine that only produces 147 horsepower and 132 lb-ft of torque.

Adaptive Cruise Control is a great option for those who like getting behind the wheel of a vehicle, setting the desired speed, and letting the system do the rest. It will even speed up and slow down based on what the vehicle in front of you is doing. This is standard on the 2020 Mazda CX-30 but not available on the 2020 Hyundai Kona.

Jumping inside of both crossovers, there is a bit more space inside of the 2020 Mazda CX-30. Even though it is just one cubic foot, that could be the difference in getting that last bag in that back of the vehicle or not.

Finally, if safety is something that you are thinking about heavily, both vehicles would be a good option. They both come with their own set of safety features. However, the 2020 Mazda CX-30 is available with a Blind Spot Monitor while the 2020 Hyundai Kona is not.

As you can see, if you are interested in a new vehicle that has a lot of power under the hood, has great interior features, is spacious and safe, then the 2020 Mazda CX-30 will be a great option for you.
